Who we are
Sleepy Calculator (sleepycalculator.com) is run by Gopchi Ltd, the controller of your personal data.

Your sleep times stay with you
Every calculation runs in your browser. The times you enter are never sent to us. They are only kept in the page address so you can bookmark or share a result.
Analytics, only with your consent
If you click Accept, we load Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to count visits and see which features people use. Google Analytics receives your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you view. Google does not store your full IP address. If you decline, or have not chosen yet, neither tool is loaded and no data is sent to Google.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Google Analytics deletes event data after 2 months. Data linked to your analytics identifier is kept for 14 months after your last visit. We do not use the data for advertising and do not combine it with other data.

We ask for your choice again after 12 months. You can change it any time, and declining deletes the Google Analytics cookies.
Hosting and fonts
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and its fonts are served by Bunny Fonts. To deliver the site, both receive your IP address and browser details, and neither sets cookies. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Transfers outside the EU
Google and Cloudflare may process data in the United States. Both are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, or to correct, delete, restrict or transfer it, and you can object to its processing. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing done before. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.
